She completed higher education at the University of Tirana, Department of Finance-Accounting, in 1989. She possesses professional knowledge of tax procedures, fiscal legislation, and related areas. She has held responsibilities for over 12 years managing fiscal balances with an annual turnover exceeding 3 billion Albanian lek. With skills in high-quality economic and financial management, she has comprehensive knowledge of accounting, administration, and financial reporting, as well as national and international accounting standards. She has completed the relevant training and obtained certification for national and international accounting standards, earning the title of Certified Accountant in 2013.
